What this site is

This website provides information about FlowNest's AI systems, agents and workflow automation services. It lets you:

• Read about our services, capabilities, process and security posture
• Book a discovery call directly via the booking modal
• Chat with our AI assistant about our offerings
• Contact us via email or Telegram

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services or a legally enforceable quote. Any commercial engagement requires a separate signed Services Agreement between you and FlowNest Ltd.

These Terms of Use apply only to use of the website. They do not replace any signed Services Agreement, proposal, statement of work, Data Processing Agreement, or other written contract between FlowNest and a client.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, and code, is the property of FlowNest Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law. See our Copyright Notice for full details.

You may view the site, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not:

• Copy substantial portions of the site for commercial purposes
• Re-publish our content on another website or platform without written permission
• Scrape the site or use automated tools to extract content in bulk
• Use our content to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI systems without written permission

Acceptable use

When using this website (including our chatbot, booking modal and contact channels), you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our servers, or connected systems
• Send us viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage or disrupt our systems
• Send excessive, automated, or bulk requests to our chatbot, booking system, or contact endpoints (we rate-limit and may block abusive IPs)
• Use the chatbot to attempt jailbreaks, prompt injection, or to extract private system instructions
• Impersonate another person or provide false contact details when booking or enquiring
• Use the site in any way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Harvest or collect information about other visitors

We reserve the right to refuse service, block access, or report abuse to the relevant authorities. Persistent abuse may result in legal action to recover costs.

AI chatbot, things to know

Our website chatbot uses a large language model to answer questions about FlowNest, routed through our workflow automation system. Please note:

• It's an AI assistant, not a human. Replies are generated, not written by a person.
• It may occasionally make mistakes, misunderstand questions, or return inaccurate information. Do not rely on it for commercially or legally important decisions; book a call with us instead.
• It's not a substitute for a signed Services Agreement or formal proposal.
• Anything the bot says about pricing, timelines, or scope is indicative only and not binding.
• Messages you send to the chatbot may be processed by our AI/LLM provider(s) and stored in our workflow logs. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• The lead-capture step (name, email, optional company) is required before chatting so we can follow up if needed.

Bookings and enquiries

Booking a call through this website reserves time in our calendar but does not form a binding commercial engagement. During the call we'll discuss scope, timelines, and pricing. Any project engagement begins only when you've signed a Services Agreement with us in writing.

We may cancel or reschedule booked calls at our discretion, typically with at least 24 hours' notice, except in emergency circumstances.

No warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of information on the site
• Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the site or its features
• The absence of viruses or other harmful components
• The site's fitness for any particular purpose

This paragraph does not limit or exclude any warranty implied by law that cannot be excluded (for example, consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowNest will not be liable to you for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on this website

Our total aggregate liability to you arising from or connected with your use of this website (outside of any signed Services Agreement we have with you) is capped at £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.

Third-party links and services

This website may link to third-party websites or services (e.g. Telegram, Google Calendar, hosted documentation). We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of them is at your own risk and governed by their own terms.

Client engagements and regulated environments

FlowNest provides services to a wide range of clients, including those operating in regulated environments. Where a client operates in a regulated sector and requires specific contractual, audit, or data-handling provisions, these will be agreed in the signed Services Agreement or Data Processing Agreement between the parties. Nothing on this public website overrides those separately agreed terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Suspending or discontinuing the site

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice and without liability to you.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
