On Enterprise engagements the system can run in-house on your own systems instead. Your data, properly looked after.

Encryption end to end

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using provider-managed keys or full-disk encryption. Nothing moves in plain text between systems we control.

UK GDPR ready

Our workflows follow UK GDPR principles: lawful basis, data minimisation, purpose limitation, storage limits. Data Processing Agreements available on request for client engagements.

Self-hosted where it matters

The automation engine runs on infrastructure we own, not a shared cloud platform. Your workflows, credentials and data stay within systems we directly control.

Credential vault

API keys, passwords, and OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted secrets vault. Never in code, never in plain text, never in shared documents. Access is logged and revokable.

Least-privilege access

Every automation gets only the permissions it strictly needs. If a workflow only reads your CRM, it doesn't get write access, reducing blast radius if anything goes wrong.

DDoS & abuse protection

Public endpoints sit behind an enterprise web application firewall with rate limiting, bot detection and DDoS mitigation. Your systems stay up when the internet gets rough.

Audit trail on everything

Every automation run is logged with timestamp, input, output and status. You can see exactly what happened and when, essential for compliance, debugging and trust.

Breach notification

If a personal data incident occurs, we investigate promptly, notify affected clients and support any regulatory or individual notifications required by the applicable data-protection obligations and our contractual role. No hiding, no spin.

You own your data. On contract end we return or delete everything on your instruction. Subject Access Requests handled within the GDPR one-month window.

What exactly is an AI system, and how is it different from a model?

A model is the raw intelligence: it reasons, writes and answers, but on its own it knows nothing about your business and can take no action. An AI system is everything we engineer around that model to make it useful, reliable and safe: your knowledge, a memory, a controlled way to take action, and the checks that keep it honest. The model is one part; the system is what makes it dependable in daily use.

What is an agentic AI engine?

It is the layer that lets software pursue a goal on its own. What is an AI agent, and can I just buy one?
